Custom “Mariner” 1 Lows

For the insole, I used some spray adhesive to a thick and thin layer of closed cell foam as well as one more spray to line the Mariners fabric on top. I would patiently wrap the foam over the foam and get it as best centered as I could

For the heel tab, I ordered some metallic silver foil to do a foil stamp as I had not used anything metallic before and thought it would be fun. When connecting the heel tab I did a zig zag stitch by hand to emulate the stitching of a baseball.

The end result came out fantastic! Perfect for the Summer games and with the leather being on the thinner side and reinforced with some soft light stabilizer panels made for a very comfortable shoe
